- Phone number, if you choose to provide one, including whether you have opted in to receive SMS text message reminders at that number.
- Technical and usage information, including device/browser metadata and basic activity logs.

- Provide, maintain, and improve services.
- Manage programs, events, enrollments, and related operations.
- Track learning progress and attendance where applicable.
- Communicate service, account, and program-related updates, including by email and, if you have opted in, by SMS text message.
If you opt in to SMS reminders, message frequency varies with how many programs you are booked into, and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by unchecking the SMS reminders option in your profile settings, or by replying STOP to any text message.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- We collect data from children under 13 only with parental consent
- Parents may review, update, or delete their child's data
- We do not knowingly collect data without parental involvement

- Program organizers and authorized staff based on role permissions.
- Service providers that support platform operations (for example hosting, authentication, email).
- SMS/text messaging providers (for example Telnyx or Twilio), to deliver text message reminders, and only for phone numbers of users who have opted in.
